Heart of Ministry is a year-long training program that helps Christian students grow in leadership, theology, ministry skills, and serving others with a healthy heart and mindset. The goal is to prepare them to support and guide other students in universities through discipleship and different ministry programs.
The program ended with a five-day conference in Amman, Jordan, where 16 recent university graduates participated. The conference included workshops and lectures by speakers like Qais Shammas, Hossam Fakhouri, Rasha Saba, and the Estinara team. Participants also enjoyed guided trips to Jerash, tours around Amman, and time to meet new people. This final conference brought together everything they learned during the year and prepared them to start serving and mentoring other students in their own universities.
